INTRODUCTION

This E-portfolio will follow PR Smith's SOSTAC Planning Framework (2022) to propose and execute a marketing campaign plan for Balenciaga by analysing the current situation of the brand, identifying and suggesting digital marketing objectives, creating a growth strategy, outlining tactics, implementing an action plan and measuring the key performance indicators and success of the campaign. This campaign plan focuses on the big idea of 'Technology & Tailoring' to integrate Balenciaga's rich brand heritage and identity with opportunities within digital technology in order to achieve the overall aim of brand revitalisation for Balenciaga.
